James Switzer
James Switzer has spent his career in banking and has worked at Central Bank of the Ozarks since 2006. He has served in several roles at the bank and is currently the Retail Operations Officer, where he oversees bank branch operations for all twenty facilities in the Springfield area. James joined the Generations Village Board of Directors in 2020 and proudly serves as Board Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair, where he utilizes his finance and management experience to assist the board in fulfilling its mission to develop the first intergenerational community in the state of Missouri. James resides in Springfield with his wife, Rachel and daughter, Layla.
