Generations Village is officially Under Construction!
March 13, 2024!
The Generations Village unique neighborhood plan consists of:
12 homes with 3-4 bedrooms for foster families
32 units with 2 bedrooms for seniors
8 units with 2 bedrooms for foster youth aging-out of care
a thoughtfully-designed Community Center to encourage intentional neighboring
ample green space and outdoor gathering areas where residents can connect and play
The goal of this design is to fulfill our mission and promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all residents.
Along with housing, Generations Village and its community resource partners will also coordinate and provide a variety of services to our residents. These may include, but are not limited to, recreational events, educational activities, interest groups, life skill classes, volunteer opportunities, senior mentoring, tutoring sessions, and field trips. Our staff will always work make sure these events and programs are tailored to fit the needs and interests of the community. Generations Village will also provide privacy-sensitive spaces in its Community Center for support groups, meetings, and consultations with healthcare providers!

Generations Village will begin construction soon at 787 Hughes Rd in Willard, MO.
This location was chosen for its quiet, rural-residential feel, adjacent to both another housing development AND a natural creek; its proximity to Springfield and Willard, moments away from Highway 160; and its built-in good neighbors, such as the Willard Police Department, directly across the street from our neighborhood’s entrance on Hughes Rd.
